Armstrong Shocks - A good shock for the money but unfortunately the owners decided to close the business. A classic style English shock that used "monotube" construction which allows use of a larger piston and eliminates free air or pressurized cavities thereby providing consistent damping action over long periods of use. Supplied complete with springs at $139.00 per pair we only have two shocks left in stock. #S028 fits the 1972 through 82 T120, T140 or TR7. #S028R is for the T140 and mounts upside down.

Solid State Rectifier-Regulator Units - Much of the “reliability” problem associated with British bikes related to the electrics. Many of the problems encountered during the classic era can be eliminated by careful assembly (preventing wiring from rubbing against sharp edges, etc.) and by switching to modern solid-state electronic rectifier/regulator combination. They will greatly improve your electrical systems reliability and are small enough to be hidden from view if you wish to keep the bikes stock appearance or minimize the wiring in view on a custom cafe model. As the case is grounded on these units, the electrical system must use or be converted to a negative ground. Epoxy encapsulated in a black, finned alloy box measuring 2 3/4” x 3 3/4” x 1 1/2”.

Single phase, permanent magnet alternator (most early British models). - #E009 $37.95

Three phase, permanent magnet alternator models (late British, some Japanese). - #E014 $39.95

SOLID STATE RECTIFIER-REGULATOR UNITS
