Taper Roller Conversion - Taper roller bearings withstand the loads applied to the steering head better than ball bearings do. This kit is suitable for the 1954 through 1970 650's. - #T003 - $33.95

Progressively Wound Fork Springs - Single rate springs stiff enough to handle an average pothole are usually too stiff to respond to small irregularities such as expansion joints, resulting in a harsh, choppy ride. At the other extreme, worn out 30 year old springs let the forks easily bottom out. Multi-rate springs provide a more compliant fork operation over a wider variety of road surfaces. They are the least expensive way to improve ride and handling. For 650/750 twins we offer both Progressive Suspension and less expensive English made springs. (Early external springs illustrated)
